That means not tossing it in the dryer with your jeans. “I’ve seen bras that look like they’ve been through wars,” says Greenspan-Blake. She recommends that you take all your bras into the shower with you at the end of the week and hand wash them with shampoo. “Just get the bras a little sudsy in the shower, and hang-dry them by the window,” she says. If handwashing is too much effort, get yourself a lingerie bag and wash your bras on the gentle cycle with mild detergent, she says.
